We finally got our Christmas tree and decorated it. We were so busy that we were unsure if we were even going to get one in time for Christmas. We picked out a cute little tree and for some reason I just love it. I don't like a ton of ornaments and we tend to go with a silver and white lights theme. We have collected a few ornaments but as we go through each year we collect a few here and there that mean something to us and have great memories attached.
Martin did a great job trimming the trunk and fitting it in the tree stand. And then we put the lights and decorations on and finally topped the tree with our silver star. Mojave was sure to inspect our work the entire time, tested the water in the tree stand by drinking some of it, and as we put the lights on he followed us around in circles. It was hilarious, Martin went first, then me holding the lights, and then little Mojave following behind.
