We have been planning another camping trip for awhile and it seemed to work out perfectly when we found out that Martin's brother, Anthony, was arriving here last Thursday night. After work I came home and everything was packed up and ready to go. We stopped for dinner on the way and got there with daylight to spare! When does that ever happen!?
We reserved a campsite at Myles Standish Campground in Carver, MA, which is right near the Target I first worked at down in Wareham. It's a great area and a really clean and friendly campground. The campsites are secluded but at the same time they're close enough to everything...the restrooms/showers, beaches, and hiking trails.
We had a great weekend, filled with campfires, kayaking, beautiful weather, swimming, and relaxing on the beach. It was great to have Anthony with us. Ant and Martin had a great time catching up and being crazy like usual. If he ends up staying up here we can't wait for many more fun camping trips.
