Deliciousness

I'm not sure if "deliciousness" is even a word, but if it was it would be used to describe this pizza. I started with pizza dough. I just stretched it out into a rectangle and placed it on a sheet pan spread with a little extra virgin olive oil.

I drizzled a little bit more olive oil on top, sprinkled with garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper,

I chopped one clove of fresh garlic, carefully sliced the fresh mozzarella, and thinly sliced the plum tomatoes.

I sprinkled the chopped garlic first, laid down the circles of creamy mozzarella, laid down the tomatoes...

and popped it in the oven at...

.

I left it in for about 15 minutes,

until the cheese was melty and lightly golden brown and the tomatoes had softened.

I drizzled a little flavored oil over the top, sliced it up, and devoured a piece.

The crust turned out perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

The perfect lunch, yummy.
