We made our annual trip to New Mexico in August and had a great time. We went to the town of Madrid where the recent movie Wild Hogs was filmed. It was really neat to see the fake diner from the movie, where the front looks real but there is nothing inside. And most of the houses in Madrid have been turned into stores and art displays. It was a very artsy little town with lots of neat things to look at. We stopped at the old Tavern before heading home to have a few drinks. It was a very cool little town to spend a day exploring.
